That is cooked in an Autoclave; fermented & 2x distilled in Stainless Steel Pots; aged for 18 months in a Napa Cabernet Sauvignon French oak wine cask; before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has a complex birth with notes of agave, citrus, wood, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of pepper, orange zest, oak, honey, chocolate, allspice, butterscotch & vanilla; that led to a rich & spicy death of medium length with plenty of vanilla bean & caramel.
