About this bottle
This Gordon & MacPhail Private Collection bottling was distilled at Coleburn Distillery in 1981. Founded in 1897, this Speyside distillery was mothballed in 1985. This single malt has been maturing in the independent bottler's Elgin warehouse for 38 years where it resided in a refill sherry hogshead. Cask #476 was bottled in March 2019 at 55.9% and yielded just 101 bottles. Available spring 2019.
