Nose is sweet, full of prunes and fall spice, with a touch of bubble gum. The palate is spice forward with a touch of sweetness, but I lose the fruit. Brings a lot of heat for 100 proof. Not a terribly long finish. This is quite nice and a very good sipper, but not exceptional.
Absolutely delicious. Stumbled upon this “unicorn” at a local restaurant. It was very smooth and I would recommend anyone to give it a try if given the chance
Maple syrup on the nose Vanilla and unicorn tears slight oak Finnish
I was truly unimpressed by this bottle. My 2019 Sib blows this away.
Smooth, lacked in flavor profile after sipping Noah's Mill.
