Company Distilling Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Maple Wood

A rich, Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey by Company Distilling in Tennessee crafted with column & pot still before being matured in oak barrels, then finished with maple wood before being bottled at 90 proof. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of green apple, caramel & maple; that led to a crunchy death of medium length with notes of oak char & cinnamon. Not crazy impressive. Smooth on the tongue, not buttery. Good burn. But just average taste

Great qualify for a small scale product, tons of flavor with no damage on the tongue
