This bourbon is a wild ride, that’s for sure. It starts off with a sweet, classic corn whiskey flavor with some caramel and molasses notes. This abruptly switches to a dark chocolate, robust coffee finish that is surprising and incredibly unique.

The nose brings to mind a holiday spent baking family treats; with the first taste, floral notes come to the front, and a slow, warm finish rounds out a lovely experience with this young (but promising) dram...

New vinyl, honey, vanilla, and smoke on the nose. Wood, smoke, leather, sweet & spice, with a smooth quick finish.
