All the different flavors it has lends to great complexity... there's wood, there's nuts, there's caramel, there's honey! Overall a delectable beverage! Drink it neat or on the rocks I'm sure slight bit of water would add a little bit to its flavor profile. Without carrying on this is a very, very enjoyable beverage! Trying this one again with another review Nose - light nose. Little bit of honey and vanilla. Taste - starts light, brings in some vanilla and honey notes. Finish is rather short with some spices and lightly hot finish. Nothing complex with this one at all, but the taste is really not bad. Overall and value - cheap bottle, cheap price, cheap looking label in my opinion. Bourbon is just so so, nothing complex at all but it’s not bad.
Nose: ethanol at first, oak, black pepper, vanilla Palate: starts with a little sweetness but turn bitter quick Finish: bitter in the back of the throat, long finish but not good. One ice cube: a little sweeter in the front but the bitter finish over powers every thing. I don’t think I’ll return to this one
Howdy, friend! Do you like the taste of whiskey that used to be on the rocks but isn’t anymore? Are you looking for something milder than, well, anything else? Then have I got a bourbon for you!
Nose : Rosy with a hint of burn. Neat: Sweet, touch of vanilla and cherry. Minimal burn. On rocks: smooth and sweet. Ice really mellows out the spirit and makes for an easy sipper.
This would be fine as a well bottle in a small town dive bar. Pretty inoffensive, but no substance. If you look hard there are some vanilla notes. Thin mouthfeel and no finish.
