Copper Fox Peachwood American Single Malt is created by Copper Fox Distillery out of Sperryville, VA. Peachwood smoke (approximately 12-18ppm) is used during the kiln drying process, and Peachwood is also placed inside the barrels during maturation. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 48% ABV.

New make dominates the nose and palate. Young. Nice creamy mouth feel. Alcohol arrival followed by subtle honey, vanilla, and cashew. Medium long finish. Did I mention young? Needs more time in the cask. Not as interesting as Balcones and Westland imo.
Nose: fresh burnt wood, fruity sweetness Palate: Medium to full body, slightly drying, sweet sugar, a smooth creamy smoothness on the tongue, flavors of fresh fruit zest, and a salty smokiness
A solid tribute to your scotch shelf. Already infused with the unique copper fox smoke. Not much more needed.
Smoky with lots of wood notes in the nose. Flavor is smokey and sweet, with overrides of peach and oak.
Peach wood gives this whiskey a light floral note, great before dinner whiskey
