I found the orange underwhelming in this and a little competitive with the other flavors.
About this bottle
The Ninth. A Symphony in Orange is a gin from Copper & Kings in Kentucky. Crushed whole juniper berries, Seville bitter orange peels, sweet orange & grapefruit peels, coriander, cardamom, grains of paradise all macerate in an apple brandy low wine made from 100% apple wine and orange blossom honey. Then Seville blood oranges, sweet orange peels, and jasmine are placed in a gin basket while the distillate is vapor-distilled through the botanicals. Lastly, the gin ages briefly in orange curaçao barrels for the final flourish.
