This isn't world-class gin, but it's not the swill you might expect at its price point. It reminded me of what gin tasted like when I first drank it as a child in the 1950s. Heavy on juniper and citrus: neat, it is more drinkable than I expected but I wouldn't recommend it; mixed, the heavy juniper comes through in tonic water or a Negroni with the harsher elements subdued. I gave it a star bump up due to its price.

Gibley's gin is a neutral vodka whose aromas are heavy juniper and spice. The entry is ethanol and flavor are bitter grapefruit with a hint of juniper. It is not good straight or mixed. Gibley's gin is a former shadow of it's 1960 amd 1970 editions
It’s a good gin overall and goes up a notch considering it’s low price. At 40% AVV its easy to drink and it is a good mixer.
Ideal for mixers, but not too bad on its own either. Quite nice smoothness & sweetness too. Cheers!
Its a basic gin. Nothing special about it…but it’s drinkable. Easy to get in the Philippines.
Hel ok gin! Prisvärd
