Copper Still Single Barrel Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey 36% Rye is a bold, Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Copper Still Spirits in Lawrenceburg, Indiana; crafted with local sweet corn & rye using copper stills; then aged for 3 years in American oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, citrus, wood & spice; while a rich & bold life adds notes of corn, rye, orange, caramel, vanilla & toffee; that led to a long & warming death with notes of pepper, oak, chocolate & orange zest. February / August 2022

Young, but good. Slight spicey due to higher rye. Vanilla and toffee. A couple more years of age and this could be really good.
