Copperworks Northwestern Washington Malt Vodka

Rating: 12/23 Not harsh. Quite full of flavor. There's some nice sweet, light, floral orange and cherry to the nose and palate. Some vanilla. A bit oily in a nice way. Unfortunately, there's also something kind of tarry in here. For that reason, this is dropping at least a couple of points to a 12, or maybe even 11. Otherwise, I'd be guessing a 14 or 15.

Batch 017. I was leery based on the early reviews, but this is a great American vodka, particularly for martinis. There's even some nice green olive juice on the nose and finish. Go for this one.

It's smooth with some elements of vanilla and malted barley but not too much of them. There's some spice, but not a ton. It's solid vodka, but not amazing.
