Copperworks Distilling Co. is a craft distillery located in downtown Seattle, Washington. Peatsmith is an American single malt produced by using local peat harvested from Washington's Olympic Peninsula. It was twice-distilled in Scottish-made copper pot stills and aged just under 3.5 years in char #3 barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
