A sweet candied cognac that strong scents deliver on first pour. Brick amber color with golden rim. Rounded smells of caramel, dry raisins, sweet figs, dates, light clove, brown sugar, black peppercorn. The taste gives off caramel, tropical, oily, menthol, low heat taste that lingers. A good staple to keep in stock.

Maple syrup, jasmine, peaches, gingerbread, rose petal, vanilla, and medjool date on the nose. Rich and lightly tannic mouthfeel. Notes of dried apricot, violets, anise, and orange zest on the palate – evolving in into walnut and Christmas cake on the finish. Beautiful length. 4.25/5.00 – Excellent (neat)
