Great aroma (I love getting a drop on my fingers after a pour). Smell is akin to prunes. Alcohol burn is a bit intense, making me wonder if it's a younger blend, but the palate is quite nice, if a little short and to the point. Caramelly with dried fruit in the finish. Not super smooth per se, but certainly tasty, even if the dryness is a bit overpowering.

nice taste. almost smells like toasted marshmallows. doesn't live long in your mouth afterwords, but is very pleasant while it is there.
