Nose: lush vegetation, light smoke, caramel. Palate: the sherry feels a lot, and the smoking becomes delicate peaty, with brackish, white chocolate and vanilla. Final: short and pungent. An unexpected product from a distillery I did not know, good. Rating 4.00 ____________________________________________________ Naso: vegetazione rigogliosa, leggera affumicatura, caramello. Palato: lo sherry si sente parecchio, e l’affumicatura diventa torbatura delicata, con salmastro, cioccolato bianco e vaniglia. Finale: breve e pungente. Un prodotto inaspettato di una distilleria che non conoscevo, buono. Voto 4,00

Good on the nose with light smokiness, the sherry notes and citrus. Disappointing in taste, with burnt caramel and pepper

Aroma is a little appley and meaty. Tastes a little sweet then has a nice warmth to it.
