Wow. Tasted this during a Benromach tasting event in Dornoch, Scotland. This drink was amazing. So many different layers with flavors bouncing in and out. I started with some sweetness, transitioning to leather, fruit, smoke, like a whirlwind of flavors. So much going on I had to beg to event host for a second small pour just to get a touch of all the depth. I currently have a dram of another whisky in front of me, and I don’t know if I can sip it after tasting this amazing whisky.
