Crater Lake Spirits only make their Green Chile Vodka after the annual harvest of chiles in Hatch Valley, New Mexico. They roast the chiles along with other peppers and infuse them into their vodka. It is then bottled at 40% ABV.

Holy spicy guacamole. It smells nice but it starts to let you know what you will be tasting. Starts nice. little flavors of chillies and a South Western flair, but then it explodes into spicy and more spicy and only spicy. I think they could have toned it down and it would have been much better to my tastes. Worth a try, probably great in many a cocktail.
