Crystal Ridge 63 Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 2 Years

Young. Nose of corn, barrel spice, sawdust, vanilla and hints of cocoa and citrus peel. It’s obviously young, closer to a white than a mature bourbon. Palate short and sweet, corn, pepper and a little oak. Overall weak and unfinished.

Definitely some peppery corn but it tastes SUPER young. I like their regular shine better I think
