Dancing Goat "A Quirky and Humble Blend," Straight Bourbon Whiskey Aged in Quercus Humboldtii (Colombian oak) Casks

Did not like at all, might as well have been drinking gasoline or paint thinner. Genuinely the only bourbon I've had so far that I wanted to dump down the drain.

Noee: strong butterscotch Palette: more butterscotch and vanilla, coats the tongue in syrup, very interesting. Slight oakiness in the finish.

Spicier than I prefer. Not something I’d reach for again.

Complex. Earthy Andes chocolate (amd a touch of mint).
