Dancing Goat Distillery Release 001: Very Old Goat 21-Year Light Whiskey

Chocolate, cherry, oak, caramel; finish has earth, tobacco and spearmint. Very smooth for the proof and quite complex- I pick up new tastes with each sip. Wish it was a tad sweeter but that's just my personal preference.
