#7 On the Dancing Sands tasting flight. I was wary given it's chocolate gin but given their general approach to gin making I shouldn't have been concerned. I tasted it and it was spot on, not sweet at all. I enquired what they used and they mentioned cacao husks and rooibos leaves which was interesting. The cacao really shined through.
