A classic example of a solid bourbon. Though it tastes a bit on the young side (strong nose of alcohol with a short finish) the heavy spice and vanilla notes make up for it's lack of years. For a readily available, relatively inexpensive whiskey, I'm planning on keeping one of these in my regular bar selection.

Rye spice, ethanol, some oak on the nose. Palate is a little sweet, with spices, leather and oak. Finish has some heat with a unique with slight smoky flavor.
Not as much depth as the 11 (obviously) but I still really like this one. Bought an extra for the bunker.
For a rye lover, this has a nice spice for a bourbon. Smooth and well priced. A nice every day drink.
Very solid! Vanilla and spice, but not what people call hot. It is sweet with a nice finish.
Pretty strong burn going down, not the smoothest bourbon that I’ve had
