I appreciate that this whiskey knows what it is going for and nails it. Tastes like hickory smoke just as the label states. Smooth and sweet.

About this bottle
This corn whiskey is made using a Colorado-grown heirloom corn varietal grown by the Ute Mountain Tribe. A portion (10%) of the corn is hickory-smoked. After mashing, it's double-distilled in copper pots and then aged in used bourbon barrels for 3-4 years. Bottled at 84 proof.
