About this bottle
Del Professore is a line of liqueurs, vermouth and bitters born out of the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy bar in Rome, Italy. Now available stateside, this aperitivo is in the Mediterranean style found in the cafes of Italy in the 1950s. The flavors are centered around mandarin orange, lemon, gentian, and a secret spice mixture, with ingredients said to be mostly Italian in origin.
