About this bottle
Baltimore, MD's Wine Collective produces this vermouth rosé by making a grape spirit from wine made with Maryland-grown grapes, then macerating it with botanicals which include cinchona bark, Spanish oranges, chamomile, wormwood, gentian root, juniper berries, clove, and star anise. Using sustainable practices with minimal intervention, they do not add sulfites, and the product contains roughly half the amount of sugar as other vermouths or amari. It is also vegan, bottled at 16.5% ABV.
