Detroit City Four Grain Straight Bourbon

About this bottle

This bourbon is a permanent addition to the core Detroit City Distillery lineup. It is made from four different Michigan grains, with a mash bill of 57% corn, 19% rye, 12% red winter wheat, and 12 % malted barley, matured in new oak for a minimum of two years. The whiskey is then finished in maple, wine, and cognac barrels and bottled at 100 proof. It is available as of September, 2021.
