Dettling Single Barrel Six Grain Select Bourbon

Nose: chocolate malt, bread, sweet corn Taste: sweet corn followed by chocolate malt with what tastes like sour dough Finish: medium hints of chocolate and that off sour dough finish

Medium Mouth feel, Dense corn, Spikey notes of Rye, Dark chocolate, little Cherry, Some pleasant grain i can't quite identify. The finish lingers with charcoal and rye.
