My barrel was a totalwine single barrel select at 128 proof. Barrel 74. It hides the proof very well and portrays a wonderfully. This Texas bourdon is definitely a sleeper. It is not a typical Texas broudon. Caramelized brown sugar, slight butterscotch finished with a super clean cinnamon breath. If you haven't tried it, fins it and buy it. Now.

Neighbors restaurant Park Hill CO Nose: caramel, sweet. Palette: sweet corn, chicory, vanilla, tastes below the proof, has a woodfood profile with some bubble gum in the finish. Very good

"Herding Cats" 2020. Brown-Buttered apple but not savory nose. Mild fireballs. Sharp with a lingering heat. Finish is young vanilla oak.
