Puerto Rican rum brand Don Q introduced a Double Cask Finish collection in fall 2022 with a Cognac Finish release. The brand has followed that up with a pair of rums in spring 2023 including this Port Cask Finish expression. Beginning with a blend of rums aged 5-8 years in American white oak barrels, the rum then rests in European Tawny Port wine casks for three additional years.
