DREAMT UP EXCLUSIVELY FOR: Oak Liquor Cabinet in Austin, TX DISTILLED IN // Indiana AGE // 12 years old BARREL NO // 440 ALC.VOL // 57.1 NEAT NOSE - Upfront and strong notes of cherries engulfed in caramel, warm vanilla, and sweet oak. PALATE - Same as the palate. All of the flavor notes meld together nicely. The mouthfeel is viscous and chewy. FINISH - Nice, long finish of cherry, oak, and some spice. BUY? - Yes. It’s very good. At $130, it’s steep but more than fair for the age statement and it being sourced. BUY AGAIN? - Yes, if I was rich. Since I’m not I’ll only be sticking with one bottle but I look forward to future single barrels from Dream Spirits.
