About this bottle

This distillery takes its name from the fact that Fort Collins, Colorado forbade alcohol until 1969. The gin features 10 botanicals, and perhaps most interestingly ginger and Colorado-grown sage. These herbs and fruits are infused through a combination of soaking and evaporation that lasts 18 hours.
