This is without question one of the most unique bottles I've purchased in a long time! In a world of whiskey where so many bottles can taste very similar to so many others, it's a refreshing change to find one that doesn't taste similar to ANYTHING that I have ever had before. After the fist sip, hell even the second and third sip, you're stuck sitting there trying to figure out exactly what it is that you're drinking. At first you get the classic smokey notes of malted barley, but then those are taken over by the malted rye with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and coffee. And the finish lingers on for several minutes, leaving your palate to ponder what it just experienced. I killed the entire bottle inside of a week, which is extremely unusual for me since I rarely drink from the same bottle twice in a week. But it's just that good, and extremely unique and interesting!

This was is a blend of 50% malted barley and 50% smoked cherry wood. This one has a lot of viscosity for the proof, but quite a long finish. A good amount of tobacco and smokiness This is definitely a fun one to sip on. It reminds me of the Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Cherry Wood for reference.
Nose: oak up front, light honey sweetness on the nose, slight fruity ness and mix of juicy aromas with dusty undertones. Taste: sweet with a slight smokiness. Medium oiliness and the juiciness lingers. Long mild spicy rye finish and oak lasts throughout the whole experience.
Spicy up front, melting into a mixture of dry walnuts and light cigar smoke. Sweeter on the nose, but it doesn't seem to make it to the palette.
baker’s chocolate, roasted pecans, molasses, brown sugar. Starts spicy and dry but finishes sweet and smoky. A very unique and tasty whiskey.
Nose: light smoke, honey Taste: light smoke taste, honey, apple and nice rye spice on the finish
