DaddoRW 4.0

Quite aromatic, saddle, honey, a tad fruity and fall-field, nose. Taste hits with a sweet flagstone firepit smoke, with slight caramel. A delightfully long smokey finish that is quite satisfying and pleasant. The nose to taste to finish transition is bold, not subtle, but it really works.

argotech 3.3

Quoted by some as a "younger Lagavulin" but I don't see it. Its OK for the price, but would easily spend a bit more for a killer bottle.

welchez 4.5

Nose: briney, with lines notes of smoke Taste: if ardbeg and glenfiddich had a kid Finish: smooth and easy. Great islay starter

Phronk 4.0

One of my favourite cheaper mystery scotches. More smoky than peaty.

augustina 3.3
