Islay non peated whisky 51.9% abv single malt aged 14 years in European oak and finished in ex-sherry casks. This whisky is full-bodied and layered with complexity. Nose: Sea salt, dark fruit, honey, vanilla, also some stone fruits, chocolate and spices. Palate: Sherry bomb ! Sweet, biscuits, fresh green apple, citrus, and light smoke. Apricots and toffee balanced by spicy ginger and cinnamon notes. Finish: Long and lingering with hints of sherry and peppery notes. Caramel and vanilla, dark chocolate. Very well made single cask Sherry bomb by independent bottler, love it !
