Dense, vegetal peat leads on the nose with authority as bandages and antiseptic linger with honey and chocolate covered brambleberries calling out in the distance. On the palate, much like the nose, vegetal peat and a bit of iodine initially with an underbelly of honey and chocolate covered fruit with a slow burn of sooty smoke. On the finish peat slowly releases its grip and gives way to bright red fruit, citrus oil and chocolate. A bold sipper for the fearless. Reviewed by: Binny's
