Not as much sherry as i expected. Good vanilla notes on the nose with berries and honey coming across the palate. Overall, quite pleasant

Flavor is solid and mouth feel on point. Smooth too. Slightly prefer lustau and blue spot but this is good.
Finished in PX sweet sherry cask. Double distilled. Very smokey. Punched in the face with the Peatiness.
Finished in pedro ximenez casks. Strong banana after-taste. Like a banoffe pie. Very enjoyable
Solid sherry, not quite a sherry bomb, but lovely banana, toffee notes.
Old distillery in belfast that has been brought back from the grave.
