E.M. Walton's Corn Whiskey is the first product from Walton's Distillery in Jacksonville, North Carolina. It is named after distillery founder Donald Walton, Jr.'s great grandfather. It uses 100% corn and is aged with toasted Appalachian oak chips for two months.
