Eagle Rare 17 Year has been a part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection since the collection was first released in 2000. Like George T. Stagg, Eagle Rare is also made with a low-rye bourbon recipe. For the Fall 2024 release, barrels aged 17 years and 4 months were selected. Since 2018 it has been bottled at 101 proof as a tribute to when the brand was first launched in 1975. Availability begins in October 2024 at select retailers nationwide for a suggested retail price of $149.99.

Extremely well balanced, with a warm oak profile that doesn’t overwhelm. Soft on the palate with an aroma that beckons you to sip and enjoy. Pretty much a perfect bourbon.
