Eagle Rare Single Barrel Select (1010 Washington)

Nose: lots of caramel, a touch of oak and vanilla. A little mint later Body: light Palate: the classic vanilla, caramel and a little cherry soda Finish: medium Note: 1010 Washington has been making great picks this year so obviously this is my favorite go to bourbon for the price. I’m excited to taste. Aaaand it doesn’t disappoint. This is just a solid work horse of a bourbon. The price is right and it can play with any of the big boys.

Strong vanilla. Toasted marshmallow. Graham cracker. Smooth. Light sweetness.
