On the nose this whisky is very funky with an herbal, chocolate, stone fruit, and black tea smell. The initial taste is refreshingly smooth and lands in the middle towards the front of the mouth. The end tails off with a light spicy sweet on the sides of the tongue with a lingering taste reminiscent of black tea.
