Last dram Nose: fig chutney, Brie, oatcake, grapes, cinnamon, smooth—no big spirit burn Body: full bodied, spirited, slightly tannic, spicy Palate: big fruit, a bit zesty, orange peel, cherry, pear, fig, date, some cocoa/dark chocolate Finish: long, bold, tingly, woody A bottle I’m sad to see go! It’s held up for nearly two years very well.

Nose: woody, dark fruit, black cherry, hints of vanilla and cinnamon/Christmas spice. Rich and deep Palate: spicy, prune, vanilla, maple, syrupy sweetness, hints of citrus, but lots and lots of dark fruit Finish: spiciness in the finish, rich and woody, nice and long finish
