Funky sherry barrel on the nose, long smoky peat delivers on the palate. Not overly sweet which is great. I’ll update later after a few as this was the neck pour. After some time and oxidation, I’ve come to enjoy this one a fair bit. It turned into a bandaid tire fire! Absolutely surprised how much this one changed. I’ll def be hunting a second bottle for future.
