Add a splash of filtered water. I'm getting honey, maple syrup, smoke, and earth on the nose. First taste shows a hint of cherry, followed by sherry cask flavor, coca cola, and a slight hint of anise. Then follows with juicy, smoky earth, and a hint of fruit. Medium finish with smoke and cherry.
