Nose: baking spice, cinnamon, Body: dark fruit shines through, good bite Finish: dessert finish, cinnamon toast crunch- a lot lighter than Penelope Rio. Desserty enough, you can tell the finishing is there while maintaining traditional bourbon notes.
Blind tasting Nose: bourbon cask, cinnamon Taste: cinnamon bomb, red hots (is this fireball?) Wood: Rating: ⭐️⭐️ Notes: intense cinnamon note. Not great for sipping and nuance but could maybe be good in a cocktail. Harsh Distillery?
What a unique flavor! A cinnamon and graham cracker flavor is prominent at the onset with a bouquet of flavors following! One to certainly enjoy from time to time
