I like Buffalo Trace and I love tequila, so when I saw this I had to try it. Strong oak and pepper throughout, watery mouthfeel, some agave aroma but no real agave flavor I can detect. Doesn’t taste like a tequila to me. It’s good and I wouldn’t turn down a pour, but not something I’d buy again. Just not really my thing.

A bit of citrus on the nose. Rich in taste, buttery, caramel, a hint of smokiness, and can really taste the buffalo trace aging on the end. Minimal burn. Very good reposado!
Clean tequila. Not too much pepper. I really didn’t get any oak or bourbon.
Smoked agave, buttery corn, ash, charred oak, caramel, coconut, different.
Good overall flavor and very smooth but flavor profile seemed very flat
