Ezra Brooks Cask Strength Single Barrel - The Brown Bag pick

Even though this is 120 proof, I liked it better neat that on ice. The room temperature flavors and mouth feel were more pleasant. It was sweeter with more caramel and maple flavor coming through. On ice, it became spicy and less sweet. It is pretty hot on alcohol, again I felt more so chilled/iced than neat. I haven’t tried it yet with just some water.
