This one needs to open up a bit and does best neat. Might even make a good mixer. Ice brings out a bitter tanic flacor that I didnt like. If it sits a while some of the ethanol flavors are tamed as well. Tried a sample in store from a half full bottle that had been open a bit and it was phenomenal for a $36 bottle. Tried a fresh pour from a new bottle and got more ethanol and bitter flavors than I got from the original taste
