Winter 2017 Release This is a rich Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Illinois, created with a mash bill of corn, northern rye & a hint of malt, aged for at least 2 years in charred oak barrels. It begins aromatically with notes of grains, wood, herbs & spices; its rich life introduced notes of sweet corn, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with hints of oak & rye spice. 2018 Release This is a rich Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Illinois, made with a blend of corn, northern rye, and a touch of malt. It was aged for at least two years in charred oak barrels. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of grains, wood, herbs, and spices; its rich development introduced sweet corn flavors, leading to a balanced, medium-length conclusion with hints of oak and rye spice.
