About this bottle
This upcoming release from FEW Spirits was made in collaboration with Chicago-based restaurant Sushi-San. The whiskey is made from 100% rice and made according to the Bottled in Bond requirements. It's aged in new charred oak barrels and is bottled at 50% ABV. Note: Further details including price and launch date still to come on this pending release.
