Fiddler Georgia Heartwood Perry's Single Barrel Pick

This is a SWFL Total Wine pick. Very smoky and had a ham or cured meat note through the nose and taste. Excellent alternative to standard notes. A high proof offering but definitely does not drink at 120 proof. This was a single barrel so the standard may be different. Highly enjoyable as a sipper and different offering.

Nose: heavy honey and sweet. Palate: extremely sweet with honey and vanilla notes. Theres also an essence of a lighter fruit, maybe a very sweet lemon? Cant believe its cask strength. Easy sipper.
